One of the many things that set SerpWatch apart from other rank trackers is its clean, uncluttered user interface.
With SerpWatch, the learning curve is minimal because all the ranking data is arranged in a logical and visually appealing way.
Our intuitive user interface has a three-tier architecture (Dashboard, Project Level, and Keyword Level) — each designed to make keyword rank tracking fast, easy, and accurate.
# Dashboard
The first thing you will see after you log into the SerpWatch Dashboard are the most relevant ranking values:
- the number of projects you are tracking
- the total number of keywords
- the number of keywords that have moved up/down
- the number of keywords that have retained the same position

Right below these values, you will find your Starred Keywords, prominently displayed above the Project list:

SerpWatch is the only rank tracker that allows you to star the most valuable keywords as your favorites.
This will give you an instant insight into your prized keywords and allow you to prioritize your SEO efforts accordingly.
You can also quickly check out how your starred keywords appear in Google SERPs by clicking the Search icon.

To remove one of the keywords from your favorites, simply “unstar” it.

Scroll down and you will find the list of all your tracking projects with more icons for easy access to the commonly used functions:
- Edit project
- Clone project
- Delete project
- Generate a report
- Set up project notifications

If you’re tracking dozens of projects at once, the last thing you want to do is scroll through an endless list to find the one you need.
In SerpWatch, you can easily reorder your projects by importance by using the toggle on the top left side of the Project list.

Simply click and drag your projects to reorder them and click ”Save” to finish.

You can also sort your projects by name by clicking the button next to the toggle.

To get back to the Dashboard quickly, click the Dashboard icon in the toolbar on the left-hand side.
Other icon buttons in the toolbar include:

- Your profile icon
- Knowledge base
- Quickstart guide
- Community support
- Agency clients
# Project Level
Clicking one of your projects will take you to the Project Level where you will find more specifics about how all the keywords within your project are performing in Search.
Besides the general information about the keywords you’re tracking, the Project Level overview also features a responsive graph with four tabs:
- SW Score
- Revenue
- SERP Features
- Analytics
Below the graph are your keywords which you can filter by name or reorder by dragging them up and down.

You can also sort your keyword list alphabetically.

# Keyword Level
Clicking one of the keywords will take you to the Keyword Level overview where you can gain a deeper understanding of each individual keyword’s performance.
The Keyword Level offers an uncluttered but comprehensive overview of your keyword rankings.

The keyword-level graph shows:
- Historical ranking data (saved indefinitely)
- SERP features your keyword ranks for
- Information about how the keyword rankings affect your Revenue
- Google Analytics traffic data displayed as an overlay
- Your competitors’ rankings
This is also where you will find another feature that sets SerpWatch apart from the competition – data verification.
