If you have multiple projects with a ton of data to analyze, you can export all that data as a single file.
The export function is available at both Project Level and in White Label.
Exporting all of your project reports as a single file will give you a clear overview of important ranking data, including the current and previous position of your keywords, CPC, monthly revenue, etc.
This is especially useful for clients who manage projects in different languages for the same domain. Having all data in one place allows you to compare and contrast how your keywords are performing across different locations.
# Project Level
To export all data from your reports as a single file, log into the project Dashboard and click the “Reports” icon in the top right corner:
Open the Domain drop-down menu and select “All Projects”:
Next, select the time interval for which you want to export data and click “Apply”:
Finally, choose the file format and click “Make report”:
The file containing all of your project data will be downloaded to your computer in the format you selected:
# White Label
To export data from scheduled branded reports, log into the Client Management dashboard, and click the “Reporting” icon in the top right corner:
Next, click “+ Schedule New Report”:
Select the clients you want to extract data for and click “Next”:
Choose the file format and click “Download report”:
In this case, each downloaded file will contain all ranking data for one client.
This means that, if you have several projects attached to the same client, all data for those projects will be exported as a single file.
