SerpWatch supports keyword bulk upload from a CSV file with no limit on how many keywords you can upload at a time.
Together with keywords, you can also upload keyword tags from the same CSV file.
Categorizing your keywords with tags allows you to manage your SEO campaigns more efficiently and save time on keyword rank analysis.
# Import Keywords With Tags
You can import your keywords and tags from a CSV file while adding a new project or editing a project.
Step 1: Prepare your CSV file
- Add all your keywords in the first column and relevant tags in the second column:

- Note that the Keywords column should have only one entry per row, while the Tags column can have multiple entries per row, separated by commas:

Step 2: Upload CSV file
- In the Project setup, click “UPLOAD FROM CSV”:

- Click to find and add the CSV file from your computer or drag & drop the file:



- To import keywords with tags, check the “Import with tags?” box:

Step 3: Review columns
- Select the keywords you want to add (to select all keywords check the box on top of the column):

- Confirm your choice:

- If you want to add/remove keywords from your CSV file before uploading, click “Edit”; otherwise, click “Finish” to upload your file:

- The keywords and tags from your CSV file have been successfully added and you can proceed with setting up your project:

Step 4: Find your keywords and tags
- The keywords you have uploaded from the CSV file will be visible in the Keyword list on Project level:

- The tags you have uploaded along with the keywords will be visible in the TAG column:

# Import Keywords Without Tags
To import keywords from a CSV file without tags, repeat the same steps described above, but make sure you leave the “Import with tags?” box unchecked:
