SerpWatch helps you save time and improve transparency with automated monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly SEO reports.
Schedule reports for the time and date that suits you and SerpWatch will unfailingly deliver them to the recipients you specify.
SerpWatch reports are highly customizable – you can select which keywords you want to include in the report, choose the time and date of delivery, and send the report to multiple recipients at once.
If you’re an Agency, you can also brand your reports by uploading your logo in the Client Management dashboard.
# How to Schedule a Report?
- Click the Reporting icon in the left-hand side toolbar:

- Click “SCHEDULE NEW”:

- Click “Select All” to include all of your projects in the report or check the box(es) next to the project(s) you want to include:

- For each project you selected, click the yellow button on the right to choose the keywords you want to include:

- Select the competitors, search engine, and device you want to include in the report:

- If you want to include all keywords from this project in the report, check the “Add for all keywords” box:

- To add individual keywords, click the ones you want to include.
NOTE: To select multiple keywords, hold down the Ctrl/Cmd key and click the keywords you want to include:

- Click “Apply” to confirm your choice:

- Click “Next” to proceed:

- Name your report:

- Use the toggle to enable/disable Automatic timezone detection:

- To select a specific timezone, disable Automatic timezone detection and choose a timezone from the dropdown box below:

- Next, specify the time and date for the scheduled report:

- Click “Apply” to confirm:

- Select the delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly):

- If you want to change the text of the report email, click “Email Text Customization” and edit the default email text:

- Choose the report format: Simple PDF, Extended PDF, or CSV:

- Add the recipient’s email:

- To send the report to multiple recipients at once, click “+ ADD RECIPIENT” and enter the recipients’ emails:

- Once you have added the recipients, click “SCHEDULE REPORT” to confirm:

- You have now successfully scheduled your report:

# How to Edit Scheduled Reports?
If you want to edit your scheduled reports, click the Reporting icon in the left-hand side toolbar and click “Edit Scheduled Reports.”
