Link sharing allows you to quickly share your project with external users.
The user who receives the link will see all project data but will not be able to make any changes (e.g. adding more keywords or changing check frequency).
This means you can freely share your projects with external users without worrying they will incur additional costs or affect your pricing plan in any way.
Here’s how to share a project with a link…
- Go to the Project Dashboard and click the share icon next to the project you want to share:
- In the Copy link section, select “Anyone with the link” from the dropdown box:
- Once you copy the link, you can paste it into the channel of your choice, for example, a Slack channel or an email.
- When the guest user opens the link, they will be able to see all data within your project; however, they will not be able to make any changes as the profile icon, settings menu, and Edit Project button will be removed.
