This is why we encourage you to submit your ideas and feature suggestions to our Roadmap.
If your feature goes into development or is completed, we’ll notify you via email!
Here’s how to request a feature…
Log into your SerpWatch account and click the lightbulb icon on the left-hand-side toolbar:
This will take you to our Roadmap where you can submit your idea:
Enter a brief description of your idea and tell us how it would help you:
Let us know how important this idea is to you by clicking one of the three options:
(1) Nice to have = “This would be cool, convenient, or useful.”
(2) Important = “This would solve a major need.”
(3) Critical = “Without it, I’d consider switching to another product.”
Enter your email and click “Submit”:
Once you submit your idea, you will be redirected to our Roadmap where you can see all the features that are being considered, planned, and built, as well as the ones we recently launched.
