SerpWatch allows you to verify data with SERP screenshots for the last 10 days of your rankings – and if you spot a discrepancy, you can report it directly from the ranking graph and we’ll be sure to get our technical team on the issue.
# How to View SERP Screenshots?
To open a SERP screenshot, first log into the Project Dashboard and click the project you want to view:
Scroll down to keyword list and click the keyword whose ranking you want to verify:
Drag the cursor across the ranking chart and when you find the position you want to verify, click the “Open Screenshot” button.
# How to Report Ranking Errors?
To report a ranking error, open the SERP screenshot and click the red “Report Issue” button in the top left corner:
Next, enter the actual position of your keyword (1) and click “Report an issue” (2):
This will send a notification to our Slack channel and we will review your data immediately.
And in case we confirm the discrepancy, we’ll email you with a plan of action.
