SerpWatch Account Owners can add multiple users to their account and grant them full access to project data.

What Are the Benefits of Adding New Users?
Granting account access to your team members helps you save time, improve productivity, and manage your SEO campaigns more effectively.
Every new user you add will receive their own login information and will not have access to your main account password.
This means your team members will be able to complete their parts of the workflow independently while critical account information will remain protected.
What Kind of Permission Do Authorized Users Have?
Users added by the Account Owner can view and edit all projects within the account.
This means authorized users can:
- Add and delete keywords
- Add and delete competitors
- Change tracking settings such as search engine, device, location, etc.
- Change keyword check frequency
- Add new Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Business accounts
- Download and schedule reports
- Use Client Management Dashboard
Authorized users cannot:
- View or change the Account Owner’s password
- View or change Billing information
NOTE: You can also grant view-only access to external users. Viewers can see all data within the project but they do not have permission to make any changes.
How to Add New Users
Click your profile icon and select “Account settings”:

Click the “Members” tab:

Click “+Add Member”:

Enter the name of the user you want to add (1) and their email (2).
Next, create a password for the user (3) and confirm it (4).
To invite the user, click “Save”:

The new user will be added to the user list:

Before the new user can access SerpWatch they will need to verify their email address from the email they received:

Once the user verifies their email, they will receive another email with login information they can use to access your SerpWatch account:

How to Edit Users
To edit a user click the Edit icon next to the name of the user whose information you want to modify:

NOTE: If you don’t want to change the password, leave the Password and Password Confirmation fields blank.
Click “Save”:

How to Delete Users
To remove a user from your account, click the Delete icon next to the name of the user you want to delete:

Type the word “DELETE” in all caps (1) and click “Delete Member” to confirm:
