By default, your rankings are refreshed once per day but you can adjust your keyword check frequency to monthly, weekly, every 3 days, daily, every 12 hours, 6 hours, 4 hours, 2 hours, and even hourly.
Keep in mind that updating check frequency affects your keyword check usage.
For example, if you are tracking a keyword once a day and then switch it to hourly, the new frequency would consume 24 keyword checks.

To change the frequency of checks for an existing project, go to the Edit Project setup from the Dashboard or the Intelligence Hub.
Select the desired frequency and click “NEXT”.
Click “UPDATE PROJECT” to save your settings.
