SerpWatch lets you instantly verify ranking data with SERP screenshots, accessible directly from the ranking graph.
# How to View SERP Screenshots?
To open a SERP screenshot, log into the Project Dashboard and click the project you want to view:
Scroll down to the list of your keywords and click the keyword whose ranking you want to verify:
Drag the cursor across the ranking chart and when you find the position you want to verify, click the “Open Screenshot” button.
# How to Report Ranking Errors?
To report a ranking error, open the SERP screenshot and click the red “Report Issue” button in the top left corner:
Next, enter the actual position of your keyword (1) and click “Report an issue” (2):
This will send a notification to our Slack channel and we will review your data immediately.
Our Engine Team will check and modify the engine and notify you as soon as they manually update your keyword to the correct position.
And in case we confirm the discrepancy, we’ll email you with a plan of action!
